We contacted them and asked them to fix the issue. We pay double for their unprofessional work. We will never use them in future.

The reason why the door is not working is caused by your nonprofessional job or others, you can confirm with your colleagues who repaired the door on the second time. My wife has called your service number 0800. Your staff told her that the garage door need door service every year. However, we already used the door for more than four years without any annual door service. The door still works properly. The door was only out of work just a few months after your repaired job was done. Maybe your staff is right. If anyone needs this service every year, they can call your 0800.
