Owner-operators Chris and Jo McDonald opened the doors at Autoparts 2000 in January 2000 with a simple mission, to supply New Zealanders with new and used auto parts, quickly and with a smile. Chris has been an auto dismantler since the beginning of the Japanese import invasion in the mid 1980s, and has developed an arsenal of knowledge that is used to it’s full potential to ensure he meets the even the toughest of parts requests.

At Autoparts 2000 Partsworld, we have been supplying both trade and residential customers with quality new and used autoparts for over 20 years. We pride ourselves in sourcing the right parts, first time, and in a timely fashion. We have a vastly experienced team that is here to help and we have a huge network of suppliers. While we specialise in Japanese makes and models, we still source those hard to find parts for most vehicles from around the world. The staff found me multiple options to choose from quickly and came out in the rain to make sure it fit.
I was asked multiple times if i needed help in the 5 minutes i waited for the guy to fit the part.
I was charged an insignificant $5 for the part.
Very happy =)
