★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Expensive, There are other qualified alternatives which I would encourage you to use instead. Witnessed and heard mechanics using excessive foul swearing, foul mouthed, in the workplace where customers can hear and see such behavour ( they have a viewing booth in the work shed for customers to sit and watch while waiting ) when I raised this with the owner Daniel he defended that behaviour as normal, guys been working hard etc all defensive but working hard has nothing to do with appropriate language. They text message you despite already having current WOF and when advising the office they got all defensive and rude as to say it's my problem ? they don't like constructive feedback. So just don't bother with them. Windsor Motors in Windsor St are a far better option to take care of your vehicle. They actually care.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I Failed WOF on my mx5 because I had decals on my quarter windows. Looked up all the requirements and nowhere does it say anything about quarter window stickers. These stickers in no way impaired visability to either the wing mirror or front facing view. I've passed every previous WOF including a VTNZ WOF with these stickers, they were expensive and important to me as they were of a my recently passed Rottweiler.
They took almost three hours to check my car, never called me to say ig was ready, I had to call them. Do not recommend this place at all.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Took my float in for a WOF the Saturday of Easter weekend, done and dusted in 1 hour they even replaced a light bulb then and there so I could pass the wof. The mechanic was super friendly, the guy who did wof was helpful and friendly can’t fault anything, and really appreciate you guys giving up your time on Easter weekend to help people like me who forgot wof was due :)
