Nick tinted my Tesla to perfection - looks amazing. Good advice upfront with options laid out clearly. He made sure the tiny job was 100% before calling it a job done. Highly recommend!! I will recommend to others

Nick the owner is very professional, has great customer service and has a modern and clean/well presented workshop. It's obvious he and his team take pride in what they do. They are incredibly well priced and the finished product was excellent. Highly recommend using them to anyone looking for a professional window tinting business to tint their car etc.

Great service by Nick and the team. Booked us in quickly and the work was done in no time. Great work as well, the tints look like they’re just part of the glass and make a huge difference to our interior. Especially for our daughter who no longer gets blinded by strong glare in the back seat.

Well I wasn't going to leave a review but feel compelled to. I originally took my vehicle here around 12 months ago. Initially was happy with the work done but found bubbles in the Tints on the rear windscreen and rear drivers side window. I have now noticed the rear demister has damage as well. Nick originally offered to reapply the tint free of charge but after trying to get it sorted multiple times , I wasn't able to take the vehicle back (On one occasion I had the vehicle booked in and arrived to find they had shut for the day without telling me). Wouldn't come back here again. ** EDIT - There was correspondence regarding this via Facebook message with Melissa. . Contacted on 2nd of July to book in a time to resolve it - Chased up again on 27th of August.Booked it in for 19th September. 18th September @ 10pm you messaged to say move to 20th September. Asked for booking time on 20th advised at 2pm on the same day he could fit me in for 4pm that day. Advised they would resolve when back from holiday but haven't heard anything since. I genuinely think you guys have good intentions but believe having a busy schedule made it hard to resolve.

PLEASE STAY AWAY FROM AUTOTINTZ. NICK DOES TERRIBLE JOB AND DOES NOT HONOR HIS WORD. Before I finally decided to write this review, I had given Nick way too many chances to amend but he seemed not to take it seriously regarding creasing my new car's headliner. He even blocked my mobile so I could not reach him. But this is just the beginning...I am going to tell the full story so others who consider doing any tinting/wrapping in Nelson, Richmond, Motueka, Takaka, Collingwood, Murchison, Havelock, Renwick and Blenheim would make a wise choice. This happened when AUTOTINTZ was still in Auckland. I first contacted Nick in Dec 2019. Everything seemed fine until wrapping the roof. The roof wrap was scratched when he was wrapping so he suggested to redo the job afterwards. Even though the shark fin was also very poorly installed, I put it up and waited for another week so Nick could redo the job according to his schedule. Unfortunately he kept postponing and did not deliver even though he had promised several occasions. I even had to wait till 11/12 am just to hear him saying again sorry I could not finish the job (He promised to finish the job when I pick it up at 10pm and later he said it couldn't be done by 10 so I went there and waited till 11~12am). It was a nightmare but it wasn't the worst. The shark fin wrap was later on torn apart and also I realized the alignment wasn't right. I was so disappointed with Nick's work and just couldn't be bothered to ask him again as he seemed to make things worse. I later on dropped my car to Honda Newmarket and see what they can do. Unfortunately they do not patch up someone else's bad work. And even worse, they found out my headliner (at the back) was creased, which potentially would have leakage problem. Honda advised me to go to Nick again to get everything fixed as it is not Honda's responsibility to patch up somebody's bad work. I went to see Nick again and he admitted he was at fault and asked me for a quote to fix the headliner. I provided it to him later on (which was approximately $1000) and he said he wanted to find somewhere cheaper and would get back to me. He never did. Even I have been trying to reach him on phone/text. As I am also busy in other things so I have left this issue aside (I assume his workshop is there and he can't really get away.) Until I finally got some spare time and decided to sort it out once and for all, Nick had already moved down to Nelson. I texted him again and he pretended to forget what had happened. I tried to call him multiple times and he even declined my call. After I tried to escalate the issue through text, Nick admitted his fault again and said he should have fixed it (see picture 16). He promised me again that he would pay weekly starting from the first week of 2022. I texted him as reminder afterwards he never replied. Then I called him and realized I had been blocked. Nightmare is not enough to describe the experience as a customer. Nick not only failed to deliver a quality product, but also could not keep his promise as a business owner and a service provider. And more importantly, he ruined the headliner of my brand new car and now he is trying to get away. This is just the beginning and I am getting some legal advice on this. Nick you cannot get away from what you had done. Man up and take your responsibility. (See screenshots for the conversation between Nick and me)

Tried to use him but he stuffed up my booking then re booked twice then again!!!! I was depending on him to come thru as needed windows done to go away he wouldnt even answer his phone to sort it out wasted a whole week with him unbelievable he might do a good job but needs to employ a secretary I don't think he could get you a beer in a bewrey

Very happy with the work Autotintz have done to my Audi. Very helpful and gave great suggestions. It's gotta be the cheapest place to go in Nelson and the quality is even better! Only took a day to complete, and I got quite a lot of work done. Thanks for all the work you did Nick, will definitely come back when I decide what I want done to my car next!
