★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I moved out a month ago from the hall ave apartments and i had credited money around $300 that they had to refund me. i’m YET to see my money! One of the property managers there named Makayla that i’ve been emailing and texting for weeks hardly reply’s back to anything about my credited money but anything else she will reply to. So the one time she reply’s last friday she said she send the money and i should of already got the money in my account. I called few days ago and they said it hasn’t been sent yet she should of done it by now so someone else from this company emails me and says she will do my refund for me. Still waiting. Do not recommend!! doesn’t take 1 month to refund MY own credited money.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ If you want to pay upwards of $1200NZD per fortnight for a rented apartment that, while is very beautiful in pictures, is far from this in reality then this is for you.
The complex is predominantly GOVT subsidized housing which means I was surrounded by loud, inconsiderate, untidy neighbours that could not care less about the others who lived in the same area.
Visits from Police to the grounds are a regular occurrence, so I seldom felt safe besides being on the second floor which meant at least people could not get in through doors or windows.
Parking is a nightmare, however that is attributed to again inconsiderate people who live in the complex as well (imagine ignorant, able bodied people proudly parking in the mobility space everyday).
The apartment itself is lovely, but the area and people who disrespect them make it a new age ghetto.
