★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Spoke to receptionist on the phone to organise some temp work. Shifts were organised by AWF, just needed to come into the office to sign paperwork. Once arrived, was turned away as I 'couldn't work enough hours', despite communicating my availability on the phone.
Also witnessed a friend be abused and threatened over the phone by an AWF staff member, due to a misfiled ACC application.
