About B K Patterson Builders LTD
Nic
Nic started working for BK in 2004 as an Apprentice, now working as the Director and lead Project Manager.
Nic started working part-time at Placemakers at the age of 14 until he was 18 providing him with a solid knowledge of materials and customer needs. He then moved into block-laying for a year and then onto a native timber flooring company. When he wasn’t living in Wellington he was down South working as a Supervisor at Mitre 10. At the age of 20 he started his building apprenticeship and completed this by the age of 23.
Nic specializes in investment properties, renovations, extensions and new builds. His role at BK is client facing. He will work with each of our clients from the consultation phase through the build/construction phase through to the finishing touches. Nic will be your “go to guy” and provide you with a clear quotation and will mention and get sign off on any variations to costs as soon as they arise.
Nic has a fiancé Ashleigh, and young daughter Izzy. In his spare time he enjoys following rugby and likes to snowboard and wake board.
