I have been able to discuss things with Hamish using email and video conferencing, and he has always been very prompt and clear in all his responses. It's been a great relief knowing that my taxes are well taken care of even though I am not physically in New Zealand.

He listens, provides feedback, comes up with ideas and suggestions, helps to forecast (the graphs were impressive!) and always responses to questions in a timely manger. He delivers what he says he’ll do and follows up on everything. I can’t rate Hamish highly enough, he knows his stuff and is very professional and responsive. We are very lucky to have him and he’s certainly changed our business around in a short period of time. Highly recommended and very grateful to have him.

He is responsive to all my communication and completes everything in a timely manner. I enjoy how he uses new technology to make all processes quick and efficient.
