★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Absolutely amazing balloon ride!! Bit of an early wake up but it was a perfectly gorgeous morning on the day, with not a cloud in the sky. I'm not a huge fan of fights so was a bit nervous but it was like a dream floating in the sky. It's also a great plus that the balloon rotates slowly 360 degrees quite a few times so everyone gets the entire view whilst up in the air!
We had a bit of an interesting landing due to wind changes but it made the experience even more fun and thrilling (and we ended up in the air for an extra 20-30mins!), but we knew we were in capable hands!
Lovely touch at the end with champagne/juice and muffins/fruit.
Thank you so much to the team at Balllooning Canterbury, I would highly recommend this trip to anyone and I have so many amazing photos and memories to share! (Review September 2015)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ An awesome magical trip. We stayed in the accommodation at Ballooning Canterbury and had a 2 minute walk in the morning. Great to be part of the process. A wonderful pilot (thank you Nick), view, feel, after trip champagne, juice, fruit and muffins.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Having talked about going ballooning for so long we finally did it. What an amazing experience and Mike's skill at controlling the balloon was unbelievable. He even brought us back and landed in the paddock beside the base with barely a bump. We are not young and my partner is very short so didn't know how to get into the basket. Not a problem to Mike he solved that one to. The views once up were well worth the flight. My advice if you don't do it you have missed an oportunity of your life.
