Quality food. Quality drink selection.
Should be 10 stars.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Interesting, well executed, modern Vietnamese in a great setting. We had a drip condensed milk coffee, banh taco, banh khot, and pho with rare beef. The flavors were fresh and different from your standard Vietnamese. The pho had a delicate flavor profile.The textural contrast in the slightly toasted soft taco, and the crispy base of the banh khot blinis was lovely. The sweet house made nuoc cham sauce was a highlight. I didn't leave any pho soup or nuoc cham behind!
