Carl was quite hard to deal with and not good on communication. He gave us 35k plus of unexpected variations once the project was done.
Further to this he would not finish our maintenance list off. Finally after 3.5 years he says he wants to come an get it all fixed up. Not who Id recommend to anyone wanting to build a home.
He did a fence as extra its 24m long tin fence and charged 7.5k for it? Seems a fair price? Not good on charge up works.
