★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Need to improve on your hygiene and infection control procedure. Not at one given time did anyone cleaned their equipments in between clients yesterday. There was not even anything setup for cleaning combs. Good hair cutting though but not coming back.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Service is good. The new shop looks good. Mirrors are way to high, forget about kids, the adults can't see them. Looks fresh but very rough job in the shop setup. After a weeks of closure caught up with the boys at the store and was told they didn't get paid for the period of closure which is very sad. This company doesn't look after there staff's. They are very dodgy,no holiday pay,no sick pays,no annual leave. This is illegal in nz. Hope people look into this matter. Workers are desperate for job as they don't have much options.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hey just been into your shop in Pukekohe where I have been going for the last few years and see you have had a bit of an upgrade which is great but here's a bit of feed back for you on your upgrade, the mirrors are way to high i am 6 foot tall and can only see my head in the mirror which is kind of weird and if there is something on the shelf I can't see anything, and the wall you have put up is terrible none of the lines match up and it looks very tacky and not well finished, it looks like you have rushed the job and tried to do it very cheap.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I expected quality for what I paid but it was very disappointing. People must be committed to the job they practice and not do something carelessly. I could have gotten my haircut by cutting it at home and using a mirror and it would have had the same result. Speed is not the same thing as quality.
