I have several properties around the country and although logistically it necessitate other property managers in other towns, B&T has been effortless and a stable manager.. so stable that I had only three tenant in 16 years .. they run , fix and maintain my house , have a great relationship with my tenants and tell me what I need to do to make this a perfect investment property

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ People who are working in this agency are not responsible at all. I had a booking time in Albany scheduled from 2:10pm to 2:20pm. I drove for about 40 mins with my little daughter to view the property. We arrived at 2:14pm and saw the agency car in the street leaving the property. I hunk the horn and asked them to stay and show me the property as I still had 6mins left, and even 1 min is enough to see if the property is as clean as the pictures show!! The guy said "I had another appointment" and left! If my viewing time is for 2:10pm to 2:20pm, it means that the door should be open till 2:20pm!!!
I am really sorry for this agency and will never work with them in the future.

The inspection reports are detailed and supported with a lot of photos of the property. We would have no hesitation in recommending them as property managers.
