She keeps things maintained when organising tradies to do little repairs and maintenance. She also communicates well when needed. I recommend BarfootNThompson and you will be lucky to get Sarah as your property manager

Sarah Ball has provided the highest level of service to us, was professional efficient. She is calm and friendly approach is incredible consistent. She was always available to answer all my questions even when I called out of hours. Any time we needed anything it was done without hesitation. We always felt like a priority when things needed attention. Sarah looked after us well and managed the property as well.
She was absolutely an awesome professional property manager. We are blessed and lucky to have Sarah as our manager property.
