★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tried them out, and when they quoted the repair, I run away like fire. They said they have bad news and wanted $850 to repair. I took my car down the road, where the same repair was done for $200. Barry then chased me over the phone claiming I owed them $220 for oil change service, which they never asked for when I picked up my car. I went there and asked how come it's $200?! They claimed this is what they charge for service.... I looked at the invoice and saw it claims on the bottom that WOF is free when you do the service with them, when I pointed out to the owner that he charged me for WOF as part of the $200 on that same invoice, he seemed surprised that I am asking for the WOF to be free, but then followed his own policy which he seemed to be unaware of. If you want to waste your hard earned cash, do go to them. I do not intend to return.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I took my car in for wheel alignment last week the owner TONY had charged me $289 no parts replaced no other issues now a week later the SRS light has come on and the horn does not work talked to a couple of mechanics and they told me the they have stuffed the clock spring. So went in there Tony started being aggressive and using foul language and did not wanted to know the problem and was not gonna help and told me to get out of his garage a complaint has been made to MTA and they will be in touch. Very rude customer service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They're a terrible company. Told me I had to get $1700 worth of work for my warrant to pass, only for me to go to VTNZ and pass immediately. They gave me a courtesy car that broke down on the motorway, because the petrol line was detached and could have created a huge accident but they didn't seem too concerned about it. You lose faith in the place who should be fixing your car, when they can't even maintain their own. and didn't care about or even apologise for this happening. Nothing was done to resolve it. Useless really.

Got my front brakes and disk done at Barry Clark Glen Eden for $610 then go to another garage dwn the rd (SRA) they doin there's for $310 ive wasted so much money at Barry Clark!!, over time!! Best do your research and shop around ay! Makes me think I was getting ripped off' all the other times I took my car there too! Reckons quality parts and service pfft watever Tony???

Staff were friendly, follow up call during the day of progress, easy pick up and good details of what was required. I would recommend this business for your automotive needs.
