One even halved his quote once I started asking what work was involved. There's none of that BS with Barry Clarke which is refreshing.

The AA guy thought I needed a new fuel pump and I was prepared to spend up large. I was told I didn’t need one, which was wonderful honesty. Highly recommended.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went in to ensure I would pass my WOF with a fog light issue. They aligned the lights even though the bumper was actually the issue. VTNZ stated they should have realized this and offered to remove them or get a panel beater to fix the panel that was affecting the alignment. When I went back to ask why this had happened they were reluctant to admit they were wrong, said you wanted an alignment and you got it so they did their job. Refused to refund me even though I was happy to pay for the removal of the light service but not happy with the alignment service I had paid for thinking it would be specifically for a WOF approval. My invoice they gave me even stated the alignment was for WOF Approval. Ended up feeling taken advantage of and just really disappointed with the experience.

I then took my car back to them after a failed WoF and again they sorted out the problem quickly and efficiently. The staff are very knowledgeable and friendly too. Thanks heaps
