โ โ โ โ โ Cheap, low quality, not exactly as described products.
Measurements of shower box was incorrect and when enquired about it, they got all defensive and very unfriendly.
The pillar of the shower box had a ding on it that my builder had to fix.
Itโs just not worth having cheap stuff and mucking up the design in the end.
Lesson learnt, never again.
I definitely got the right company, I have the product to show for it, it just took me a year to be calm enough about it and write a concise review of a nightmare bathroom renovation.

Hasnโt grown 30x40 that your invoice promised to deliver!

โ โ โ โ โ The reason for 1 star, went there, nice display of tiles then later informed that almost all of them out of stock, you should put notices on the tiles that aren't in stock, turns out you have very few in stock, disappointing customer experience.

โ โ โ โ โ Have dealt with bath and tile a number of times and always found them helpful,with useful suggestions.
The products are competitive in quality and price.
Any problems are sorted promptly. They were let down by a third party who drilled holes in a marble top in the wrong place , Sukhraj organised a replacement had it delivered , I felt sorry for the skinny little delivery guy I think the marble top weighed more than him.

While the customer service at the time were good it has been a nightmare dealing with both Albany and Manukau since especially trying to find replacements when things break. The products are of inferior quality and donโt last. Customer service is poor

We ordered tiles, changes our minds and they were so accommodating and helpful with the exchange and assisting us with picking out new tiles. We also purchased our showers and basins from them. Sukhraj is so professional, lovely and helpful. Nothing was too much for her. Really recommend using them. Great quality and amazing service!!!
