★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Factory style international conglomerate. Ok if you are older with natural hearing loss. They'll pump out a mediocre product. Anything more complex though, Not their forte. Like the 'fast food' version of hearing products. Staff are friendly, but that doesn't help the hearing. Shop around, it's a competitive industry. Plenty to choose from

My new hearing aids from Triton are excellent and they have serviced my Bay device for the past year, before my new purchase from Triton. Outstanding service
