Their tech worked very hard all day for what was a quite difficult installation in such an old house, while maintaining a great sense of humour and keeping me informed of the installation process.
Ian diligently popped in a few times to check on the progress. Both his and the tech's advice and instruction was very helpful and the whole team are delightful to deal with.
