Even though it was a weekend, this was completed straight away, along with fixing a number of other small issues. All the work that Philip has done for us has always been to a high standard and he has a way of explaining things to non-tech people that takes the fear out of doing website administration. Phil was extremely helpful when I started this role not being the most techie minded person and guided me through what I needed to know via Skype, phone or email.
