★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Well kept park located next to the harbour with great scenic views. Sometimes the lagoon can smell quite bad especially on hot days. Walking around the lagoon is great exercise and takes about 20-30 minutes depending on your walking pace. Dog friendly at night also.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Beautiful place, can be very windy however. It can be a good place to stop, there is shelter nearby too - but it isn't ideal for a weekend getaway from the city. A picnic can also be a struggle to maximise enjoyment from, as there is often sports on here. However, it is still a superb place to walk your dog or even sit for a moment to ponder as you overlook the inlet. Other sports facilities such as tennis and basketball courts nearish to the playground help make this place enjoyable for a variety of people. All in all, it is a solid 4 star venue with plenty of room for everyone to enjoy.
