Ron went extra miles to ensure my car was running properly before I picked it up, and walked me through all the maintenance he performed on my car. Extremely knowledgeable, friendly and honest. Will definitely be going back.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 3 stars for the service package that I got through Grabone.It was well priced and they did a relative good job.
Wheel alignment was a definite upset,after the adjustment still had issues and went on the next day,they changed the tires(left - right rotation ) and told me the tires I have are not balanced.(Which I bought the day before and had balanced).
Then I went to the guy who sold me the tires and he showed me on his equipment zero degrees issues with tire balance.
Since I didn't have time I didn't pursue the matter with BDM.
