Bea DnD are a Wellington based husband and wife team and are passionate about gaming. If you are after cards, books, dice, figures and collectables for your games (or games themselves) we can help you out!
About Bea Dnd Games
We do not offer Returns or Refunds except in the case of defective product. In the case of defective product, please get in touch with us with 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, you can contact us at [email protected]. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

You probably know the dice selection of the "Caffeined Dragon" ? If you think this is the biggest choice you can possibly have in town, think twice! Quantity AND quality!
I used to buy targeted products online, but I don't now. There's no need anymore, rare and limited editions are easy to find on those shelves.
The crew are passionate, you can feel it in their storytelling. Petone is a small town, but I bet the Dungeon masters and players across the land will come explore this place when they hear the bards sing the praises of this legendary shop!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Couldn’t be more welcoming, enthusiastic and helpful, yet not remotely pushy. I don’t feel like I am being “sold to” but always leave with something I really didn’t need feeling oddly satisfied! They run some great D&D one-shots on weekends too.
I once turned up to ask for something specific for my little lad, they stopped what they were doing and dug through the entire stock room to find it for me, for something worth only about $15. The result was one very happy 9 yr old.
Such a great shop from a stock and particularly a staff point of view! Can’t recommend them enough.

They also have an area dedicated for playing games too. The staff are so friendly and knowledgeable about all things games too so you can be assured you get what you want. Nice to have something new and unique on Jackson. Will be back!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Awesome to see a local games store set up in Petone. They have a great range of games and gaming accessories as well as providing a venue for gaming activities. The staff are helpful, friendly and knowledgeable. I have been in there a few times now and always leave having enjoyed the visit (and normally with a purchase or two). The place to visit in the Hutt Valley if you are a keen gamer or even if you just want a game or two to play with friends. Recommend!
