★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Had Talia represent me, or fail too. In all of her professionalism she decided that it was appropriate to take on my case despite planning to take a holiday.
Amid a flurry of false accusations Talia refused to annex solid evidence into an affidavit that in turn, after her claiming a "confict of interest" three days out from the hearing, the new lawyer anexed the evidence and suprise, the case never went to a hearing.
They have changed their trading name from Beachlegal to beachside legal. One can only speculate that this was due to the bad reputation that Beachlegal had. When my case was on Talia Marshals desk i saw in the paper that someone had walked in claiming to have a bomb.
White collar criminals doing a really good job.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Had Patricia Jones as my legal aid lawyer and Miriam Walton answering my emails. Trish missed TWO court appointments, including the LAST ONE and didn't advise me what I was supposed to be doing. I emailed asking if I was supposed to be attending and Miriam never answered me.
Next thing I know my ex-husband tells me he has custody and I get MONTHLY visits. Miriam told me they were going to do damage-control and nothing happened.
Go with her if you want to get screwed over and your life and your family's life ruined.
