The customer service has been incredible and the excitement of having my own handpicked box of beans each month is worth it !!! thank you for a great idea, for supporting the coffee farmers and for delivering fantastic coffee

The flavours of the coffee beans from different origins are incredible, and has completely opened my eyes to a world of coffee that I’d never seen before. The coffee beans are so fresh and the delivery is prompt! Fully recommend to anyone who is thinking of trying, the coffee quiz catered the coffee exactly to my tastes! Yum!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ After a few months of having delicious fresh roasted coffee beans delivered to my door, I can never go back to the old supermarket packets. The fresh beans taste and smell so good! I love that I can make coffee at home now that is better than what I usually get from a cafe. The range is great too - different types of coffee, from different countries and they have fair trade and organic coffee as well. I can buy coffee beans from all around the country, whatever I like, and I've tried so many new varieties. Thanks, Bean Merchant.

Customer service has been outstanding and communication around orders and updates is fantastic.
Have recommended to a number of friends already.

I am a fussy coffee drinker and have been matched well with every random bean order.
I liked not having to worry about being locked into 1 specific type of coffee ground for a set period of time without having the ability to know if it was suitable or if I'd still enjoy the same ground after 6 months.
Really impressed with speed of delivery, consistency of ordering, quality and accuracy of taste.
I've enjoyed getting a range of coffees from NZ rosters who are environmentally conscious all within a very reasonable price range.

Taking the Quiz, 'Find your coffee flavour profile' really helped get us started however, the taste test rules, so we subscribed for a while to try a range of beans before switching to buying them by the kilo through the Bean Merchant website. We've liked the very quick turnaround and great friendly communication from Jono. When we feel like a change I will subscribe for, maybe, 250 grams at more frequent intervals, before settling into a new coffee. The photos aren't of coffee! Just the view from my front porch. I'm sitting there drinking the Tanna coffee, not the more appropriate Three Llamas!
