As busy professionals & parents as well as other labels, we often forget to breathe and nurture our mind, body and soul. Nourishing and nurturing from the outside in is how we describe our approach to rejuvenation. This is not beauty therapy in the stereotypical way; this is mindfulness, using organic & active skincare treatments and deep relaxation.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The lady was lovely and friendly, what was done felt great but... I booked a Juice Immersion (1 hr 1/4) and when I got there I asked IF I could have my brows tinted and shaped (exc. Job done). I was told that'd be ok. But the whole thing took 1 hour 5min, which was disappointing as with brow incl. I'd expect 1hr 25 min. The other issue was the table hole for yr face was covered so during the back massage my head was sideways so not ideal and was uncomfy after a bit.
