★ ★ ★ ★ ★ After a couple of unenthusiastic bank meetings we met with April Hastilow at Become to try to secure a mortgage for our dream house and land build.
Contrary to the banks, April was upbeat and optimistic and explored every avenue available to assist with our dream. April's innate knowledge of how to navigate the complex lending space allowed us to refinance and retain an existing property to live in while financing the new build. Without her and her team this simply would not have happened.
She is professional, hugely knowledgeable, and makes everything simple and easy to understand. She is also patient and responsive when you message her at 10pm and in her weekends.
10/10 will use again
