★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Becs has been doing meal plans for us for seven weeks now and we are so happy we made the decision to change how we approach our eating habits and what we are eating. Each week Becs gives us a new meal plan which is suited to us. She knows what foods we don't like and also how often we are happy to have vegetarian meals and meat based. The meal plans have been tailored to fit our busy lives ensuring that we aren't spending too long in the kitchen and all the foods needed for the week are available at a normal supermarket. I have found I only do one weekly shop now, no more mid week stops ends up saving us money.
We also don't have any food wastage at the end of the week as the grocery shopping list Becs gives us lists the exact amounts of each food needed for the week. Our kids enjoy the meals and we have found that we love the vegetarian so much more than we would have thought!
We are loving how organised our weekly eating is. No more wondering what to have for dinner and the pre made lunches for us means no more buying lunches in town.
After five weeks of the meal plans we had lost 6kg and 4kg at a steady and stable rate. I have also found that skin issues have cleared and my complexion is so much better!
I tell everyone that will listen about our new way of eating as we are so happy with it and how we are feeling in our bodies.
