β β β β β Was appalled by a comment made to me by a staff member called Sharon, I live out of town so I called up and payed approximately $400 for 2 mirrors for my hair salon.
A week later I went to the nelson store to pick them up, I said I was there to pick up 2mirrors which I'd payed for, this woman replied "yeh u look like u would be buying TWO mirrors"
Unbelievable, how judgemental!
So I dealt with a lovely lady called suzie, she helped me get the mirrors into my car and was very nice, I asked the name of the rude woman and she told me, I left there still shook about that comment, Sharon should not be in customer service.

β β β β β It's several times I come to this shop over the last few years and the ladies are always so welcoming and helpful. Even my partner was surprised how nice they are to deal with, they always try to help us if we have a problem or if we don't find what we need. We also like the regular discounts and regularly find what we are looking for. A real feel good shop!

Sharon is a gentle kind soul who would Never say anything of the sort.
Maybe Jessica needs two mirrors for her delusional comments.
I am a regular customer who always gets 5 star attention from Sharon.
