Went there because of a massive sales advertised outside and pretty much every where on the shelves... We bought 4 items that we thought were on sales and, once home, we realized that we paid full price...Not a good experience..

I’ve never ever once in my life leave a bad review or complaint to anyone or any store but extremely disappointed with their customer services and the way their management dealing with customers. So my wife purchased a few of this lovely vase to decor our dining table and also intended to gift to some friends. After a day use with a single rose bud and fill in water we noticed some water marks on our wooden table and dripping of water at the bottom of the vase. We examined all other vases and noticed similar issue (some leave less obvious marks or perhaps no sign of water dripping and because we don’t have time to test all of them) but we agreed to return the products since it was not nice idea to gift someone that could potentially end up damage their table especially wooden table. When we came back in store 2 days later there was a lovely lady recognised my wife and we explained the issues, she seemed very happy to assist and offered return or exchange but she couldn’t do anything in the system and required the manager but the manager was on the phone with some other issues. After a few minute wait, the manager approached us when we were browsing around the shop and ask us to come over the counter. She dropped us with this line and exact quote - “sorry we couldn’t return this because you’ve had damaged the items. This are decorative only and you not supposed to put water in them-“ I was totally shocked to that comment and turn around to my wife with no words and trying to rephrase what the manager just said. Then I ask the manager what the purpose of this vase for and she kept saying this is decorative only and NORMALLY people would have asked whether or not we can put water in them..!! From that moment on my head went completely bizarre and trying to explain the common sense of the item description which is clearly said - “ceramics vase” - and we’re not supposed to put water in them. As if we bought a tea pot and not allow to drink out of it. She happened to pick up another similar looking vase (difference products but on the same shelf) and to my surprised there is a little sticker saying that this item is not waterproof. But when I pick up the same vase we purchased there was not such note at all apart from the barcode. The manager kept repeatedly saying people would have ask first. It feel like we need to be educated on how to use a vase. But it seemed she has picked up the winning line of the argument and stay her ground - her decisions final and sorry she is correct and we are all wrong. We left the store felling very frustrating and bizarre not knowing what’s we supposed to do with this lovely vases - maybe a few dying flower on the table or inscent stick?! However on the way home we made a decision to stopped by another store and trying to explain the issues. And they are very happy to offer a full refund without any argument or questions. They even admitted they’d sold a few of this items and none has come back and explained to us maybe we had a faulty production line. And that we called Customer Services. I am not sure whether or not this little return could damage the store performance. One of the other staff member did mention about something purchasing from different store couldn’t get a return. But their manager is very helpful and process the return eventually And my wife even fill up the shopping bag with extra purchases. While browsing the shop we got eye on a few other items and now we know which store we should go! My wife suggested to put in a formal written complaint but I think we’ve learnt a valuable lesson: common sense is not work in this store you need to be very special to use their products in their own ways and remember ALWAYS ASKED HOW TO USED before purchase anything

I don't often give 5 stars to anyone but you deserve it. I returned 2 duvet covers I bought in lock down but when they arrived I did not like them. Easy fast return process and full payment to my credit carf

Ordered online for delivery. Order made for Christmas decorations 17th November. Order packed 25th November, it wasn’t picked up for 3 weeks after this. Emailed their head office twice with no response. Package finally arrives a month later. Very poor service from both store and head office. Will never use again.
