★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We had the most wonderful, welcoming stay in one of these unique apartments, the Henry Mathew's suite. The big round window that opens the balcony onto a wonderful array of shapes and perspectives at the back of Dunedin inner city businesses absolutely delighted me.
Sparkling clean, modern, comfortable accommodation, yet, thanks to the tasteful decor, the apartment maintains a very real sense of its historical beginnings. Beds were incredibly comfortable, set upstairs on a mezzanine floor. Underfloor heating and a large ceiling fan allowed for a perfect temperature. Private quiet and right in the heart of the city, l will stay there again in a heartbeat.
