โ โ โ โ โ Last person who wrote a review ... that doesn't sounds like a May's behaviour. I've been there 5 years as one of May's clients and I never seen that May is rude or arrogant to clients. she really listens to what clients want and offers great advice , options without being pushy. I am very fussy but she never treat the clients like a last review.
some people just have no manner and have no idea about hairdressing but act like they know everything :(
Every single clients who has been to May at Bella Figura Hair Salon, for sure they will all agree on my review.

โ โ โ โ โ I went to Bella Figura today. Was extremely impressed with the overall experience, May did my hair and she was very good, asked a lot of questions about what I wanted and got it exactly as I wanted off the picture. Very good, I recommend.

โ โ โ โ โ I showed photos to May of what I wanted. It was basically the same base colour I already had with some face framing and baby lights. When she started doing the work, I expressed my concerns and she said "stop worrying and let me do my job" which to be frank I found rude and inappropriate. I trusted her although I've been in the beauty industry for years and I know that what she was doing was far from what I asked for. I expressed my concerns again and her response was "you decided that you don't like my work when I started". Again very inappropriate to talk this way to a customer. Now I've ended up with red stripes on my hair which is what I was sure was going to happen when she started putting those foils on! Finally, she charged $310 for colour on short hair - a service I didn't ask for - and I don't even know what she charged for. Is it balayage? Is it foils? I've worked for Flossie for a year and a half to know that this is an exorbitant amount. Not to mention that if the hairdresser is about to charge such an amount they have to consult with the client before they start.
