★ ★ ★ ★ ★ USELESS! Took a $360 pair of timberland boots to have the sole glued. When I went to collect was handed a cheap no brand, really worn out pair of boots, obviously not mine. He then did absolutely nothing about trying to return my boots and never got back to me.
