Kind fellah bashed the boot enough for me to be able to close it without being asked to. Office personnel was chatty without being annoyingly while I waited as well. Top crew.

Most importantly the quality of work is outstanding, but their friendliness, promptness in communication, work ethic, timekeeping and ability to assist the customer with things like a courtesy vehicle make them stand head and shoulders above the rest.
Two cars of mine have been through over the years and both times the quality of repair has been first class and just a really easy and stress free process - if your insurer gives you the choice of who to use in the Waikato, you would be a fool not to use these guys!
