★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very poor service. Blinds where received damaged and after calling them I was told to return the blinds for a replacement. Then received a call by their manager calling me a liar and saying I did not call them. He also refused to re[place the blinds that were damaged. Will be going to the consumer council.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The worst. After two months still haven't received. The website lack a sanity check, so I entered millimeters instead of centimeters. Mistake was caught the next day. When I was told about 45 days the day after the order , I tried to cancel, but was told it too late. Very rudely rejected. Do not use. Blinds took 70 days to arrive, 10 weeks, which even exceeds 45 business days. Again don't use.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is very very poor so called online company. I have recently very shocking and very bad experience, which I would like to share. I made an enquiry of roller blind and email communication were ongoing for selecting right blind material and colour, so far so good. then when I finalised the product, I was sent an Invoice which I paid instantly. I followed up after 10 days via phone call and then I was told that it will take 9 weeks. So I asked simply'WHY' to which Patrick tells me that this a standard delivery time ' called -lead time', for the price I paid for and If I wanted early delivery, I could have asked for with an extra charge. This was not mention in any of his emails. He said, I should have looked to their website for all the required information. Now how can a person dream of such things that there are two price structure and they will simply take a customer for a ride and expect them to read their website from top to bottom. What a joke...
When I called, and took my frustration out, He simply cancelled my order and emailed me that I was rude and hence they do not want my business.
I want to remind him that you are not the only company in NZ and Customer is always has a right to ask for justification if it's not correct.
Patrick should take customer feedback constructively and remind himself that if there are no customers, his company will be closed in no time.
Please DO NOT deal with this company (how can they say -Bestblinds) and Patrick specially, who has no Customer service manners.
Very Disappointed customer.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I've bought blinds 4 or so times from bestblinds with no issues. The quality of the blinds is just as good as any others I've come across and they're a great price.
If you choose the 'value' option it will take about 3 - 4 months for your blinds to arrive, but this is fairly clear on the website, and i'm happy to save some coin and wait.
