BestStart Great North Road is a purpose built centre which is located on Great North Road between New Lynn (Lynn Mall) and Kelston. We provide outstanding early childhood care and education for children in partnership with parents.
About BestStart Great North Road
We are a New Zealand-owned charity with preschools, kindergarten (kindy), Montessori and early-childhood home-based services nationwide.
BestStart has over 260 early childhood centres from Whangarei to Invercargill. All our centres use the New Zealand curriculum Te WhΔriki, preparing children for their formal education at school. Our trained teachers support children to belong, thrive and achieve through the world-recognised philosophy of learning through play.

β β β β β Great facility- clean, separate rooms for different age levels with quality teachers that have a genuine interest in the learning of each child. There has always been adequate child to teacher ratio numbers when I've been present. This would be one of the better child care centres in the New Lynn area.

β β β β β I actually have no idea where to start as this daycare has caused my sister (whoβs son used to attend this daycare) and the rest of my extended family so much grief. I would highly recommend you do your research on this daycare throughly and look into the few bad reviews they already have before you decide to take you child here. Teachers are judgemental and assume things without knowing your situation and our beautiful nephew would come home numerous times very hungry and had lost weight since attending this childcare centre. We have pulled our nephew out of this childcare centre and heβs been such a happy boy since.

β β β β β Friendly caring and professional team. My kid have learned so much from here. She use to be scared and unsure when I leave her in daycare in the first few weeks, and now she wakes me up every morning and willing to go to daycare.
