★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Excellent care and understanding shown in the service of my Nana. Accidentally had family go to Napier instead of the Hastings office and we were able to wait for them to arrive. Plenty of tissues. A large TV to view photos of loved ones and a sound system for loved ones songs. I also loved the touch of scented candles.
