Georgia’s goal is to make our overall patient experience smooth and comfortable from the moment the patient walks in, to the moment they leave.
She has a genuine passion for the dental industry, and she loves working alongside such a professional and experienced team. Georgia enjoys interacting with different people, the variety of the job and the challenges that each day brings.
After recently moving to Papamoa, Georgia spends most of her spare time relaxing on the beach. She is also currently studying business (management) part-time to further develop her knowledge and grow as a Practice Manager.
Before this role, Georgia was a Primary school teacher but once she found the dental industry, she never looked back!

Having been a member of the Lumino plan for 2 years, I am now cancelling my plan having been subjected to a 20 minute, so called Hygienist session with Rochelle. The session can only be described as torture. 24 hours later my mouth is still in pain and my gums are still bleeding. I am not inexperienced (probably had over 60 hygienist visits during my 52 years) and appreciate that there is always some bleeding during a hygienist visit but I have never experienced such trauma. Sadly when I asked to cancel my plan, Lumino had the cheek to not only charge me for the session by charge me full price as cancelling my plan meant that I no longer qualified for a discount. Appalling treatment. Appalling customer service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have been feeling pretty stressed about an abscess I have, as I understand the implications of a root canal and really don't want to go with this option. I have found all the staff I have dealt with at Bethlehem dentists to be so amazingly supportive, understanding and non judgemental towards all my many strategies to deal with the issue, so I really would like to recommend these guys to anyone who wants to feel free to have there own opinion and be supported fully by there own choices.
