We initially engaged Kathy to support us with our Xero, Dear systems transition at the 11th hour when things went sideways. Kathy professionally picked up the pieces and did an outstanding job of training, coaching and writing clear, easy-to-follow instructions which empowered my team to complete the work themselves. She has the patience of a saint and knows the right way, right away! No backwards and forwards, just a simple answer when you need it. She is incredibly proactive in terms of recommending solutions for our business and has also helped us on our paper-free, red-tape reducing journey. Highly recommend and honestly don't know what we would have done without her & her team :-)
