★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We have had so many issues with Bidfood. They are such a large corporation that often the smaller businesses get the short end of the stick. Consistency is a real struggle for Bidfood. I have probably had to call and complain over 10 times because of late deliveries, damaged food, or other inconsistencies. I should be able to go to Bidfood for all of our business' catering needs but they are always letting us down, so we turn to other food providers. They do not communicate well with their customers and so often their food is back ordered or has a long delay in delivery. They have a lot to improve on!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bid fresh is a big association but there's manager called Nik chedda is a ridiculous person who doesn't know how to behave or treat their employees.I used to work there. He forced me to work whole day even I was sick and I requested him I'm not able to work tomorrow due to fever but he said you have to come tomorrow on any cost.He doesn't value the employees. Then I made his complaint to the Union.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I know bidfresh is having a person nick who talked to me in abusive language when I talked for my husband that he is sick. He asked for medical and next day when my husband went to work he sent him back home and said get medical first. We provided him medical. My husband already gave resign but in that notice period he harassed my husband giving him other jobs rather then his regular driving run that he was doing from last one year. Even I went ti their office to complain about nick to their HR. He again point fingers and talked to me very rude. Even the Gus was come out and not listened my compliant.
