BBPS is unique being the first Doggy Day-care within the Taupo Township and surrounding area as being the first and currently only Doggie Day-care offering a range of services in one place and with an established reputation and a loyal client base. We offer Day-care, grooming, dog walking, bus service to customers front door and we are in a great easy location. We have dog training and overnight care as well as pet sitting offered in our facility or with a number of people linked to our business. We are a ‘one stop service’.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I'm sorry to do a one star, but if you have a double coated dog, please stay away! Or ask them not to even pick up the clippers. We specifically asked them not to clip him and they clippered all over my beautiful double coated Keeshond boy. Yes he had some matts(not terrible ones) but that was not really the way to deal with them. They are not meant to be clipped all over, ever. Not very happy. He did have a good bath though. I'm sure they're perfectly good for short hair dogs, or dogs who only need to be shaved all over.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Our Maltese shitzu Honey was in dire need of a good groom, having sensitive skin issues and matted hair on her legs she would not allow us to trim. Nothing was too much trouble arranging an appointment, pickup, drop off, and Honey was groomed beautifully haircut nails. Honey is not jus looking great but feeling great ( she told me ?) Thankyou for a job well done ??
