D	Daniel Williamson on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Friendly staff. Rental EBikes are tired. 7500kms on the Merida Big 9 500 that i got. Derailleur in a good need of adjustment. Front brake was near useless. Bike rattled its way through an easy 45kms for the day. Torpedo7's Giant Fathoms are a much nicer bike and better maintained. Prices were the best that we had come across in the south island. Ask your hotel for the referral card that gives you 10% off rentals.

Quick review of terms and then in 5 minutes they helped us adjusting the bikes height and helmets and then ready to go biking. They had a map that you may keep and a suggested scenic route that was beautiful. The bike was well maintained and comfortable. They have a lot of options from ebikes to mountainbikes. The return was very easy and took us only 1 minutrle. We would rent with them again.

They loaned me a till to adjust my seat on the go as I'm a bit fiddly with wanting my seat height just so. Easy setup of to. Out in a couple of minutes. Take the extra bike insurance.

Make sure you check the electric ones before you hire, 3 in our group had touring bikes that were not for trail riding, limited to beginner trails. 2 e-bikes were faulty, staff were helpful and brought out a replacement but the reliability was lacking. Might have got them between service intervals...

E	Elizabeth Carrillo on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ worst place to fix your bike. Two weeks ago we took the bike with a problem in the rear wheel. The first person who attended us did not even write down the problems that we were explaining to him, they only "fixed" the brake. When we went to look for it we realized that nothing we had explained had been fixed, this time, attended by someone else, we explained the problem, again, and they agreed to fix it. A week passed and we went to look for her today, for the last time, and again nothing was fixed. They basically figured out the bigger problem but they didn't fix it and once we agreed to fix it for whatever price, they still didn't. Hope someone else has a good experience, because for us it was not.
R	Rob Turk on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Friendly people with nice mountain bikes. They showed us how to ride the trail en where to drink coffee. We hired for half a day, had an excellent trail, had a swim in the river en brought the 3 bikes back. Paid only $30 per bike.
