★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Really bad: Tried to charge me $30 for one set of (unbranded) brake pads and $50 for fitting - $80 total for supply and fit rear brake pads. I declined.
Went to Avanti round the corner where the price was $14 for Shimano branded pads and $18 for fitting. $32 total.
Will never enter this shop again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mini service is a scam! Bike chain kept falling off. Bikeys suggested a mini service of $50 to rectify. Aparently gears were the issue. First use chain fell off took bike back. Lady glances at it from counter and states the chain and dicalliber looked very worn and going to cost 200 more. Questioned why they didnt advise this first time around and heard a million excuses she stated a mechanic doesnt fix a car for free. A reputable mechanic would advise you! paid $50 for
a bike that's not fixed. They should be non transparent and tell people it's a flat rate of 50 bucks weather or not your bike is fixable. Everyone needs to make a little money but I found their business shady or non transparent I certainly won't be shopping with bikeys in futur and no thanks I've been quoted $70 for parts elsewhere and $30 for labour to fix you quoted $160 with apparently free labour after taking my 50$ and giving me back a non functioning bike and being very rude about it. Will never go into this shop again

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was nervous for my first time dealing with a bike store. They repaired a bike I was borrowing for a reasonable rate. Communication throughout was exceptional and they went the extra mile to ensure I got what I needed. Would definitely recommend!!
