Rapid service, our badly damaged cars were fixed and ready to pick up within 24hours which was unbelievable, we left amazed at the quality of work and material done to our cars. William was brilliant, he was really honest and gave genuine opinions on what needs to be fixed ASAP and what we can deal with later on, which we appreciate. He gave reasonable and affordable prices in consideration of our situation, and what amazed me was their outstanding work ethic as they stayed overtime to complete cars for their customers. I am impressed at the fact that they go the extra mile for their customers. BJ Automotive will definitely be our family and friends go to mechanics.

Grabbed a car servicing voucher off GrabOne and I can definitely say that this is NOT a scam!
We bought the voucher the night before and they managed to fill us in the next day we inquired about it!
The staff are incredibly helpful and really friendly. William guided me throughout all the issues, big AND small of my car. They've really put my mind at ease and can definitely say that I'll be coming back for future car servicing!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went here based on the great online reviews. I had a back spoiler that got torn off in a car wash. The service station's insurance would pay for the repair but needed a quote first for the insurance company to green light the work. The guys were friendly but not particularly interested. They did take some photos and my details (phone and email) and we agreed that they would provide a quote once they have located the spare parts needed. Never heard from the them again.
I was actually thinking that I would have brought the car there for the annual maintenance and WOF as well if the experience is as good as the reviews. Well, that didn't happen.
EDIT: Thanks for the response. Didn't get your email nor did I find it in spam but not saying that you didn't send it (number of things can happen). Appreciate you taking the time to respond in any case! I've also updated my review to 3* which is kind of neutral - not bad nor good since never got to see your work in action.
As for the back spoiler. I managed to locate a used back spoiler online and have it shipped to New Zealand. The insurance were happy to pay it especially since I did the (simple) installation myself and there was no cost for labour.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I've been going to this place for different maintenance and repairs works for the last few years, e.g. WOF, oil changed, replaced brake pads, etc. William and the team have done amazing work on every visit. They check the car properly, inform the findings and suggest options. Above all of the great communications and high quality service, William also offers competitive cost. Definitely my go to place for our family cars and I've highly recommended them to my friends. Keep it up William!
