★ ★ ★ ★ ★ One of my favourite parks in Palmerston North, beautiful walks beside the Turitea stream, there are even a couple of good spots for a swim (conditions permitting). As a kid my friends and I would bike out here. Park up and drift down the stream! Easy trails to ride or walk and a carpark to make life easy if you’re not close by or taking your kids. Stunning native bush.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very nice short bushwalks very close to the city. Even has the "Massey steps" if you want to work on your legs and fitness. Its great for Palmy which has a shortage of beautiful nature areas
