I saw Renee for a Full Head of Foils on the 9th December 2020.
I choose Renee after seeing that she was an "award winning" hairdresser.....she was sloppy and very rough in my opinion.
Her and her staff were friendly to my face but there were a few red flags overall including some negative comments toward clients and having the salons Makeup Artist rinse and shampoo a portion of my hair, which I found unprofessional as she had no clue what she was doing and she left bleach in that section which ended up reacting with my scalp and potentially over processing.
My pervious hairdresser in Melbourne had left alot of my natural colour which was mentioned alot throughout the end of my service, which I felt was an excuse or justification for the bad job. This should have been assessed and foiled appropriately.
Lastly, be warned that any new clients will be thoroughly stalked on social media and will be judged in salon, with customers to hear.
I wish Renee and her team all the best - I know first hand that running a business is not easy but a little professionalism and attention to detail goes a long way ;)

She always nails the blonde I’m looking for, not pushy with products and always makes sure you know pricing before you get started :-) whether you want full on blonde or something lower maintenance Bloom is a great salon and the amount of clients that have followed Renee and Sara shows how good they are!
