★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I called and complained and got half refund back which I appreciate but since have had to go back to the doctor as my ear got a lot worse. Now on antibiotics. She said my canal all inflamed, closed in and ear drum red what she could see as so inflamed.... Also had a fever. I have never had an ear infection, only ever had just build up of wax which now I wish I had left as now feel a lot worse off! Clearly through the micro suction. The lady was heavy handed and I did jump a few times which she said gave her a fright. She never said look if it gets uncomfortable let me know. Just very disappointing as now I'm left with ear infection through it being so irritated and now left with damage - hearing loss. Realise accidents can happen bit she should of taken more care! Have had them micro suction a few times before and never had any problems but different person. I was also told to put olive oil in my ears and rinse out with water to complete the process which i did thinking would help but made matters worse also. Lovely lady as in friendly but not a professional service and has caused me a lot of stress and two doctor visits... Thank you for the half refund but feel you should know that now on antibiotics and have damage to my ear drum. Feeling worse off after coming to get some relief is very upsetting.

Eric is thorough and explained everything so well. I have recently invested in new hearing aids and am not disappointed.
I transferred from Halswell House of hearing which I loved as well. Transfer of records and all was excellent not like transferring other records
