★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very poor communication , had a agent who was a Indian guy, barely replied to texts or calls and only calls back after having 10-15 miss calls or days later, payment was rubbish, always had to call regarding short payments and having to receive the short payments that was atleast 200+ the week after, called about my covid pay I was suppose to receive 1st March but haven’t as the agent keeps saying ‘no update’, had an arguement about covid pay and last minute notices over the phone saying he was ‘unprofessional’ and he replies ‘Don’t tell me how to do my job!!’ Very rude, and even til now still waiting around for my covid pay for me and my sisters and my parents are thinking of taking further actions towards this?‼️
