About Blue Fitness Limited
Hayden has worked in almost all aspects of the industry. He got his start as a Service Technician, and then moved through roles in Customer Service and Service Management before finding his true passion in Sales and Account Management. Having worked in various roles with multiple brands and distributors for over 15 years, Hayden has extensive experience and knowledge on all areas of the commercial fitness equipment industry. A regular attendee of international trade shows, distributor meetings and conferences, he is aware of all the latest trends and innovations and enjoys sharing this information with our customers. Hayden came to us in the early days when Blue Fitness was just a baby and has been a driving force behind the sales growth of the company ever since. Clocking up 1000’s of kilometers, he has driven and flown his way all over the country and has visited almost every fitness facility in New Zealand at least once, and still enjoys travelling the country seeing new clubs and meeting new people.

Incredible service, especially during this time with lockdowns etc. Great service from the customer service team as well. Really impressed overall, fantastic experience.

They also emailed to check whether I was aware that some of my items were incompatible with each other, which I can't imagine many other places would take the care to do. Then on top of that, my item was delivered within 24 hours which was NOT expected due to such heavy lockdown restrictions and high demand they have at the moment. Despite the circumstances, they still delivered such an exceptional customer service experience!

Awesome communication throughout, arrived earlier then they expected and had the item ready for me to collect.
