★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very picturesque little group of three main lakes, with two additional ponds. Looks great in winter.
In June 2022 the track was quite overgrown, and I couldn’t make it past a particular section on east side. Had to scramble up the rocks.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great little diversion on the track up to the Tasman glacier viewpoint. There are 3 little lakes nestled in a sheltered spot. I didn’t realise there was more than one lake until I was near the top of the glacier view walk. We went in Autumn. Imagine it is more vibrant with some snow.
